Here is a description of our processes and procedures at BIG Marketing Solutions, home of GooglePageOneSEO.com with services by the Toledo SEO Wizard Lonn Dugan.
Client Requests Quote:
We send a Discovery Form Questionaire for client to complete to provide information about client preparedness, goals and scope of work to be engaged. Upon receipt of completed Discovery Form, a meeting is held in person or via internet or video conference, as needed, to clarify any questions so that an appropriate proposal can be developed.
We Send Proposal:
A Marketing Services Agreement is sent to client including scope of work, terms of service agreement, and payment options ranging from advance payment to monthly payment depending on scope of project and hours required. The quote is shared via online document service allowing digital signatures.
Acceptance:
Upon approval of Marketing Services Agreement, work will be scheduled.
Previous commitments, client preferences, and client availability to participate may affect schedule or delivery timetable.
Performance / Time To Launch:
Completion of service or time to launch will depend on the scope of the project and client preferences. Some services are completed in a few days to one week. Some services include ongoing program components such as continual content strategy and content creation, search rank tracking, website updates, blogging, publicity, and etc. These can be scheduled weekly, monthly or monthly per client preference.
Invoicing / Payments / Release Of Work:
Billing is via PayPal. Remittance can be via PayPal or via check. Work can be stopped and services suspended in event of non-payment.
Copyright and Control of Work is Released when work is paid as agreed.
